Martin Gross has been assigned as program executive officer for command and control capabilities, Defense Information Systems Agency. Gross previously served as deputy to the position.
John Garing, who recently retired from the Defense Information Systems Agency as the strategic planner, chief information officer and director the Defense Enterprise Computing Centers, has joined Suss Consulting, a provider of federal IT strategy, market research, capture and proposal services.
Harris has named John Heller president of its IT Services business. Heller has served as vice president and general manager of IT Services’ Department of Defense programs since joining Harris in 2007 with the acquisition of Multimax. Heller succeeds Ted Hengst, who recently was named vice president and chief information officer for Harris.
CapRock Government Solutions has hired William Janosky as director of information assurance. A highly respected IA subject matter expert, Janosky will be responsible for upgrading and implementing CapRock’s overall IA posture and driving the company toward progressively higher standards of IA compliance.
Phil Jasper has been named vice president of business development for Rockwell Collins Government Systems.
